Booking Terms and Conditions

Arrival and departure days are freely selectable, unless otherwise stated. On the day of arrival, we look forward to welcoming you from 2:00 pm with us. Your departure is possible until 11:00am.

When booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of 30% by bank transfer or credit card to guarantee your booking. Should the deposit fail to arrive within 48 hours time limit, the hotel may freely dispose of the room or suite.

Refunds for early departures due to bad weather are not possible.

Cancellation

• Up to 30 days before arrival - No costs
• 15 - 29 days before arrival - 30% of the total amount
• 7 - 14 days before arrival - 75% of the total amount
• 0 - 6 days before arrival - 100% of the total amount
